With over 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing, and business management, working for market-leaders such as HSBC and Yellow Pages, I am an expert in helping women to learn these skills and use them to benefit their business. My professional qualifications as a Life Coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner, enable me to support and encourage my clients to do the ‘inner’ work needed to build confidence and overcome obstacles as their business develops.

As the regional director of The Athena Network for Central Essex, a ladies’ business networking group, I’m also highly experienced at helping women build a supportive network that nurtures and grows their business.
